Great to meet you!

I obtained my Masters in Counseling from Arizona State University in 2017 and have been practicing since. I have worked in hospital assessment and inpatient therapy, as well as university counseling and individual therapy. I work with adults with general mental health issues, including but not limited to, depression, anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship issues, emotional regulation, etc.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to the individual's needs. However, the main therapeutic modalities I utilize are Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma-focused approaches.

What you can expect from our first session

We will collaborate in establishing your goals for therapy as well as determine what approaches and skills might work best for you. We will engage in therapeutic rapport-building, in which I will get to know more about you. You are the expert of your life, and I am here to help guide you to make decisions and to cope with what life brings you.
