Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed mental health counselor who loves helping people learn more about themselves. I got my master's degree back in 2020 from Cambridge College and since gained lots of experience working with different populations, including many who were very hesitant to begin this journey. Over the past couple of years, I have movedtowards working with individual struggling with substance abuse along with their mental health, Welcome to your safe space!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to foster a client-centered approach to my therapy, giving you the reins to decide on what goals you want to have, what topics you want to start off with. I like to provide support, comfort, a different perspective, and also to challenge you in many ways.

What you can expect from our first session

If we decide to work together, I like to focus on first getting you feeling comfortable enough to begin to up. The first session will likely be an introductory session where you can tell me more about yourself, what challenges you're facing, and what your goals are. I will be with you every step of the way and will do my best to help you reach those goals!
