Great to meet you!
I am a dedicated mental health professional with over seven years of experience supporting children and families within the child protection system. In addition, I bring four years of specialized experience in substance abuse and addiction services, as well as a year of working with the geriatric population, focusing on grief, depression, and age-related challenges.
Over the past three years, I have worked extensively with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), providing support to individuals navigating workplace stress, personal difficulties, and major life transitions. My clinical experience spans a wide range of issues including grief, anxiety, depression, and crisis intervention.
I am skilled in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide support for those needing coping strategies, anger management, behavior modification, parenting skill development, and recovery from trauma. I also conduct assessments and screenings to help individuals connect with appropriate services and interventions.
Through every challenge, I collaborate with my clients to foster resilience, promote healing, and improve their overall quality of life.
