Great to meet you!

I am a dedicated mental health professional with over seven years of experience supporting children and families within the child protection system. In addition, I bring four years of specialized experience in substance abuse and addiction services, as well as a year of working with the geriatric population, focusing on grief, depression, and age-related challenges.

Over the past three years, I have worked extensively with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), providing support to individuals navigating workplace stress, personal difficulties, and major life transitions. My clinical experience spans a wide range of issues including grief, anxiety, depression, and crisis intervention.

I am skilled in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide support for those needing coping strategies, anger management, behavior modification, parenting skill development, and recovery from trauma. I also conduct assessments and screenings to help individuals connect with appropriate services and interventions.

Through every challenge, I collaborate with my clients to foster resilience, promote healing, and improve their overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling with the belief that a strong, trusting relationship between client and therapist is essential. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative partnership, where we work together as a team to explore challenges, build insight, and foster growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave each session with actionable tasks—practical exercises or steps they can apply immediately. These tasks are designed to help them make progress while they await the next session and to build momentum toward their overall goals. Each assignment is thoughtfully crafted to ensure steady development and a clear path forward.
