My approach to therapy

I know talking to someone you do not know is hard, so have a person-centered approach to therapy. I am down to earth, easy to talk to, and create a nonjudgmental safe place for you to open up and be free. I use solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavior therapy. I work with women, men children (12 up ) and couples, LGBTIA,BIPOC, ENM
