Great to meet you!

Seeking therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the process.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with those experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, and life transitions. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it's about developing greater self-awareness, learning effective coping strategies, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can build insight, develop practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices to meet each client's unique needs.

What you can expect from me

There are times in life where one can find themselves stuck in search of meaning and understanding. To be in touch with both your emotional and mental wellness is important to identify one’s emotions. It also gives you a chance to cultivate your own personal safe space to give yourself grace and compassion.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with relationships, navigating recovery, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.
