Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work and several years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I chose this profession because I genuinely care about people and believe in the power of connection, healing, and personal growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting them through issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. I specialize in evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as person-centered and strengths-based methods. My style is warm, supportive, and collaborative—I meet clients where they are and tailor each session to their unique needs and goals.

I know how hard it can be to ask for help, and I truly admire the courage it takes to begin therapy. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and exploring whatever is on your mind. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support as you grow, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to support, guide, and empower you as you work through challenges and move toward your goals. I primarily use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to develop healthier ways of thinking and coping.

I also draw from person-centered and strengths-based approaches, which means I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and recognizing your existing strengths and resilience. I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, preferences, and pace—whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with greater self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and a deeper understanding of how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. My goal is to help clients build the tools and confidence they need to manage challenges, improve their emotional well-being, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Over time, clients often report feeling more empowered, better equipped to handle stress, and more in control of their personal growth and decision-making. Each session is a step toward building a stronger, healthier relationship with yourself and others.
