My approach to therapy

I've worked with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationships and having difficulty coping and functioning in their everyday lives. I exceed my client's expectations and help them function and cope with life again because I understand their symptoms and passionately provide tailor-made care plans to meet their goals.
