Great to meet you!

I am here to partner with my patients, and create a space where people feel heard where their culture and life experiences matter. I became a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to advocate for mental health, accessibility, and provide holistic care that honors a patient's personal background and experiences. Finding the right medication shouldn't feel complicated or overwhelming. It should be a collaborative process where your questions are answered and your voice is heard.

My approach to therapy

My clinical focus centers on culturally responsive care that honors your diverse background and lived experiences. By bridging the gap between traditional care and modern clinical solutions, we will design a personalized treatment plan that actively builds your mental and emotional resilience. I will take the time to listen without judgement so we can uncover the underlying causes of your symptoms together.

What you can expect from me

I hope to create a warm unhurried virtual space where you can share your story without fear of judgment. I will take the time to look at the whole picture of your health as we talk through, what you are feeling, your personal and family health history, current medications, your symptoms and stressors. While your personal goals and lived experiences always guide our path, I am equally committed to ensuring you receive the highest standard of safe, evidence-based care. Together, we will make informed, confident choices so you have the right tools and support to thrive on your path to wellness.
