Great to meet you!

I am an integration and trauma specialist, harm reductionist, licensed marriage and family therapist, and licensed professional clinical counselor in the states of California and Colorado. I have been working in the helping professions for over 2 decades. I obtained a B.A. in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Human Resources from Intercontinental University in 2004, and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in 2017. I focus on integrating daily life experiences to develop self-determination and support you to build the life you want to live. My experience as a therapist ranges from mood disorders, eating disorders, and substance use. I have worked with adolescents and adults in various settings including Residential Treatment Programs (RTC), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and outpatient.

I am an integration specialist and my primary modalities include: Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Psychotherapy, Harm Reduction, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy

What you can expect from me
