Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Fe Cooper! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. My training and background have allowed me to work with children, adolescents, and adults, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, and I also integrate tools from the Grief Recovery Method. In a typical session, clients can expect a warm, compassionate, and collaborative space. We’ll focus on your goals, explore the thoughts and emotions you’re experiencing, and practice strategies tailored to your unique needs. Sessions often combine processing deeper emotions with developing concrete skills for resilience and day-to-day coping.

What you can expect from me

I measure success by the progress you feel in your own life, whether that’s experiencing relief from symptoms, building healthy coping strategies, feeling more in control of your emotions, or reconnecting with a sense of purpose and hope. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover clarity and strength as you move toward the life you want to build.
