Great to meet you!

I believe in a collaborative and patient-centered approach to mental health. I work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based practices to manage mental health disorders like Depression and Anxiety, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you find your way back to feeling like yourself again. Think of me as a partner. We'll sit down together and figure out what you're going through and what matters most to you. From there, we build a personal plan. This isn't a one-size-fits-all approach, it’s tailored just for you. I am currently accepting new patients.

What you can expect from me

For the heavy feelings like constant stress, deep sadness, or hopelessness, we can explore ways to ease that burden. This might include medication, lifestyle changes, or new strategies for coping, all based on what you feel comfortable with.

My practice is built on genuine listening and partnership. Together, in a space free of judgment, we can sort through what you’re facing and work toward relief and hope. I believe in your strength, even if you can’t feel it right now. When you’re ready, I’ll be here to walk with you.
