Great to meet you!

I work with men, couples, individual children (ages 5+), and parents — often around anger and interpersonal conflict, parent-child connection, grief, and trauma. I help couples build stronger communication and connection, and I support parents both in their own healing and in reconnecting with their kids.

My path here started young: as an undocumented immigrant from Argentina, I had a mentor who spoke purpose into my life when I needed it most. That experience led me into teaching, and later into therapy, once I saw that real change for families requires healing trauma, not just access to opportunity. As a bilingual, bicultural immigrant and father of three girls, I bring both professional training and lived experience to the work of helping families break cycles and find freedom.

My approach to therapy

My approach is attachment-based, and I primarily practice Restoration Therapy, drawing eclectically from EMDR, Gestalt, and experiential interventions. In the room, I'm relational, direct, and real — I don't hold back, I stay accountable to my clients, and I'm not afraid to get up, move around, and get a little messy in session.

What you can expect from me

From the moment you step into my office, you'll notice comfortable spaces to sit and talk, along with toys, games, and art materials available if that's how you connect best. You'll know right away that you're in a space prepared for honest conversation, vulnerability, and growth.

On a practical level, our first session is an intake — we'll talk through what's bringing you to therapy, get to know your story, and start setting goals together for what you want to work toward. My hope is that you leave that first session feeling seen, heard, and understood, with real hope that change is possible.
