Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face life's challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, depression, stress, or navigating cultural or identity-related experiences, I am here to help you better understand yourself and move toward meaningful, lasting change. I believe every person's story is unique, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs, strengths, and goals. I earned my Master of Science from Avila University and have experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's most difficult transitions with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution focused. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment Based Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Family Focused Therapy (FFT) to create a treatment plan that fits your unique experiences and goals. Together, we will explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen healthy coping skills, improve communication and relationships, process difficult emotions, and build resilience. My goal is to help you gain greater self awareness, develop practical tools, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges both inside and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive environment. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, explore your personal history, identify your strengths, and clarify what you hope to accomplish through our work together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. We will move at a pace that feels right for you while beginning to develop a plan that supports your goals. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
