Great to meet you!

Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Felicia A. Garrett, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and groups navigate life’s transitions, relationship challenges, and the pressure of always being “the strong one.”

As a former “superwoman” myself, I know what it feels like to carry the weight of everyone’s expectations, to smile through exhaustion, and to keep going even when you feel like you’re falling apart inside. My passion—and my mission—is to help you take off the cape and reclaim your space, your voice, and your peace.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my practice, I use an eclectic, holistic approach to therapy, blending evidence-based techniques with Christian counseling principles when desired. I’m also a Board-Certified Coach, a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator for couples, and hold a graduate certificate in nutrition. I provide clinical supervision as a Virginia Board-Approved Supervisor and am currently completing my Master of Public Health to further support whole-person wellness.

What you can expect from our first session

Whether you're facing burnout, struggling with self-worth, navigating a major life change, or simply tired of being last on your own list—I’m here to help you heal, grow, and reconnect with the most authentic version of you.
