Great to meet you!

Are you experiencing stress, anxiety, work trauma, or struggling to adjust to changes in life? I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have substantial experience working with first responders, veterans and active military, college students, and people struggling to adjust to major life transitions. I take a collaborative approach with my clients and work together on issues and problems that have a negative impact on the person. I strive to help my clients lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life. My goal is to help the client gain skills to navigate through life more efficiently, long after counseling has completed. I provide a safe and judgment free space for my clients so they can feel seen and heard while being their authentic self. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, person-focused, and solution focused approach. My hours are currently evenings only.

My approach to therapy

I take a friendly and judgement free approach in therapy. I am personable and goal oriented. You will see my personality in session, so I hope you will be comfortable showing your true self as well.

What you can expect from me

The first session is utilized to learn more about you, your biological, psychological, and social history and to see if we will be a good fit for each other. It is important that you feel comfortable meeting with me before I can expect you to trust me. Being vulnerable with someone can be difficult, so I aim to provide an environment that is welcoming and inclusive of everyone.
