Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from UMass Boston. I have over a decade of experience working with individuals impacted by the criminal justice system, supporting people navigating mental health challenges, and crisis intervention. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I’m committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel heard, empowered, and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented. I integrate mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to help clients build awareness, manage challenges, and identify practical steps toward meaningful change. I believe in meeting clients where they are and working together to create a space that feels safe, empowering, and grounded in their strengths. My goal is to support clients in achieving their personal goals and living the lives they envision for themselves.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a structured and supportive environment where we work together to develop a personalized treatment plan using SMART goals—goals that are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. This approach helps break larger goals into manageable steps, allowing clients to see clear progress throughout the therapeutic process. As we move through these steps, clients often experience meaningful improvements in their daily functioning—whether at work, in school, or in their relationships with others and with themselves. My goal is to empower clients to create lasting change and live more balanced, fulfilling lives.
