Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Felicia, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s hardest seasons.

I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, grief, medical stress, and major life transitions. My approach is warm, honest, and grounding — I create a safe space where you can be fully yourself while also receiving real support and guidance. My goal is to help you feel seen, stronger, and more equipped to heal.

My approach to therapy

I show up with warmth, honesty, and calm presence. My style is compassionate but direct I hold space for difficult emotions while also offering practical guidance and accountability.

Clients often tell me I make them feel seen, heard, and validated, without judgment. I’m gentle when needed, but I won’t simply “nod along.”

I believe in real conversations, clarity, and empowering clients to trust themselves.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on, but there’s no pressure to have everything figured out. I listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and help you start putting words to what you’ve been carrying. By the end, we’ll begin setting a direction together at your pace
