Great to meet you!

We often find what we need exactly when we need it most, and I am glad you found me. I help people build lives rooted in alignment, clarity, and self-trust by understanding who they've been, who they are, and who they're becoming. Together we will explore your core values, beliefs, and patterns to transform insight into personal power and lasting change. I also provide expert support for military members, Veterans, and their significant others as they navigate their unique lifestyle challenges.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore what's holding you back and reconnect with your strengths. My person-centered approach means I meet you with warmth and respect for your unique story. I help you build resilience, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop self-awareness. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I bring a steady, compassionate presence and communicate with intention and care. I ask thoughtful questions that help you explore complex emotions and patterns. I'll gently challenge you when needed, but I'm never confrontational. Healing comes from creating a space where people feel safe enough to be honest and reconnect with their resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other. You don't need to prepare anything. I'll ask thoughtful questions to understand what's bringing you to therapy and how I can best support you. We'll discuss what's going on in your life, your goals, and a bit about your background. I'll also cover logistics and answer any questions.

We'll start by getting clear on what matters most to you. Whether you have a specific goal or just a feeling that something isn't working, I'll meet you where you are. We'll break down complex goals into manageable steps and check in regularly. Your goals can evolve as you do, and we'll adjust our work to match.
