Great to meet you!

My practice is dedicated to helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, infertility, and the many life challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about what comes next. I recognize how difficult it can be to carry the weight of these experiences, especially when they begin to feel overwhelming. While everyone's journey is unique, I want you to know that your feelings are valid, and healing is possible. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and to develop tools to help you move forward with greater confidence, renewed hope, and inner peace.

I also enjoy supporting young adults as they navigate major life transitions and the challenges that come with discovering who they are and where they want to go. Whether you are adjusting to college, beginning a career, building relationships, or trying to find your direction, therapy can provide a supportive space to gain clarity, strengthen your confidence, and develop healthy coping skills as you create the life you want.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, compassionate, and open-minded space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, emotions, and challenges together. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while creating a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through, reconnect with yourself, and begin building the confidence and tools to move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what support would be most helpful for you. My goal is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and reassured that you do not have to navigate these challenges alone. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to schedule a consultation and take the next step toward healing and renewed hope.
