Great to meet you!
I come from a line of helpers and people who speak up for others. No matter where I've worked, the purpose has always been about the same thing—listening, helping people figure out what they want, and walking with them as they grow.
I earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. I earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston. I have spent the majority of my career working in community mental health, supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences.
I bring a global perspective to my work, learning from the wisdom of people from different cultures. I use proven methods that fit your life and how you want to live it. I focus on working with clients addressing ADHD symptoms, depression, anxiety, and trauma.
