Great to meet you!

I come from a line of helpers and people who speak up for others. No matter where I've worked, the purpose has always been about the same thing—listening, helping people figure out what they want, and walking with them as they grow.

I earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University. I earned a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Houston. I have spent the majority of my career working in community mental health, supporting people of all ages, backgrounds, and life experiences.

I bring a global perspective to my work, learning from the wisdom of people from different cultures. I use proven methods that fit your life and how you want to live it. I focus on working with clients addressing ADHD symptoms, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like talking to someone who really gets you. Our time together will respect your background, your story, and what makes you, you.

I’m easy to talk to and down-to-earth. I don’t believe the same plan works for everyone. We’ll work together to make a plan that fits your life, your values, and your pace.

Going through big changes? Trying to figure things out? I’m here to support you with kindness, honesty, and tools that can help you grow.

What you can expect from me

I believe you already have what you need to grow—I’m here to help you find it, use it, and move forward. We’ll work together to figure out what’s true for you and what progress really means in your life.

I’m not here as someone who knows everything. I bring helpful tools, ideas, and support to walk with you on your journey. You decide where you want to go, and I’ll be by your side to help along the way.

We’ll set realistic goals that matter to you. As you grow, I’ll help you notice the changes, celebrate your hard work, and stay focused on the path that feels right for you.
