Great to meet you!

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not like yourself lately can be exhausting, and it’s hard to sort through everything on your own. I work with adults who are managing stress, anxiety, low mood, and life transitions such as changes in work, family, or relationships. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and help you build practical tools so you can feel more grounded, hopeful, and in control of your next steps.

My approach to therapy

I bring a warm, down‐to‐earth, and culturally sensitive style to therapy. In our sessions, you can expect a space where your full story is welcome and you don’t have to filter or explain everything. We’ll move at your pace, set clear goals together, and use evidence‐based approaches tailored to your needs. My focus is helping you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships so you can make meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

Finding the right therapist is an important step, and you deserve to feel supported in that process. If what you’re reading resonates, I’d be honored to connect and learn more about what you’re looking for. You can view my current availability and book a first appointment directly through my Headway profile. We’ll use our initial session to get to know each other, answer your questions, and decide together on a plan that feels right for you.
