Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! Congrats on taking the next step towards improving your well-being! I specialize in working with individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, and burnout. I have a masters degree in social work as well as a masters degree in healthcare administration. I am passionate about helping my clients develop effective stress management and coping strategies tailored to their specific needs. I look forward to being a part of your wellness journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling style can be described as warm, empathetic, and goal-oriented. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach and prioritize collaboration and psychoeducation with my clients. In working through stress and anxiety I work with clients on mindfulness and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscle relaxation.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave my sessions having a deeper understanding of your triggers and stressors, allowing you to identify and address underlying causes of your stress and anxiety. You will gain enhanced emotional regulation, improved coping strategies, strengthened boundaries, and a sense of empowerment. Improving your well-being doesn't have to be a solo journey, lets connect and do this together!
