My approach to therapy

My approach aside from being warm, understanding, and able to assist you is to use clinical interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered approaches to name a few. I would consider myself as an eclectic therapist, so I really work hard on meeting the needs of the client specific with clinical support.
