Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Felicia. Here is why you should see me for Therapy or your Life Coaching needs. Imagine you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in a cycle that just won’t break. You want to make meaningful changes but aren’t sure where to start. The stress, uncertainty, or emotional weight you’re carrying may feel like it’s too much to handle on your own, but you know it’s time for things to be different. I specialize in helping people like you—individuals who are looking for real, lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I prefer to use a blend of therapeutic approaches in my work with clients, tailoring my methods to their individual needs and goals. I find that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is often helpful for addressing negative thought patterns and fostering healthier behaviors. I also value the empathetic and non-judgmental space created through Person-Centered Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Here’s what your ideal therapy or life coaching journey could look like with me: A safe, understanding space to facilitate growth, effective tools to navigate life’s challenge, support in helping to reconnecting with yourself and a path toward healing and growth gaining clarity, confidence, emotional resilience, improved relationship and self-empowerment.
