Great to meet you!

If you are navigating a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a place to slow down and reflect. My background in social work centers on understanding the environmental, systemic, and cultural factors that shape our relationships, identities, and sense of self.

Throughout my career, I have worked with people facing complex stressors and barriers, and I approach this work through a compassionate, strengths based lens. Together, we can explore what has brought you here and what healing, growth, and clarity might look like for you.

My approach to therapy

In therapy with me, you will find a space where your experiences are honored in their full context. I take a holistic approach that considers your mind, body, relationships, culture, and environment.

I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to walk alongside you as we explore challenges, build insight, and identify the tools and perspectives that support the changes you want to make. Our work together will be collaborative, compassionate, and paced in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. You can expect a supportive, low pressure space where you can share as much or as little as feels right.

We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and the different factors that may be shaping your experience. My priority is creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and supported as we begin this work together.
