Great to meet you!

With 6 years of experience working with adults and adolescents, I bring warmth, open-mindedness, and genuine energy to every session. I hold a Marriage and Family Therapy license and a master's degree from Webster University, and I've spent my career building a practice rooted in one simple belief: treat every client the way I'd want to be treated.

My space is a judgment-free zone. I show up ready to listen, ready to help, and committed to meeting you exactly where you are - no expectations, no pressure. I take a holistic approach to therapy, meaning I care about you as a whole person, not just the problem that brought you in.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively. Think of us as a team - you bring the knowledge of your own life, and I bring the tools and perspective to help us figure out together what you want that life to look like. From there, we get to work.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Family-Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs, goals, and personality. If we can work together, we can make it happen.

What you can expect from me

First sessions are all about connection and exploration - no homework, no pressure. I'll take time to get to know you, understand what's brought you in, and start to get a picture of what you're hoping your life could look like. We'll talk through your goals and I'll share how I think we can work toward them together.

You can expect to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of next steps. My goal from day one is for you to walk out knowing you have a partner in this process.
