My approach to therapy

You’ve spent years building communities, nurturing families, and leading in your profession—yet even the strongest women carry invisible burdens they rarely share. In a nurturing and welcoming setting, I help high-achieving women and older adults—especially Baby Boomers—rediscover their voice, heal from past experiences that still echo today, and create a healthy balance between their personal and professional lives.

Using a compassionate, trauma-informed approach, we gently uncover patterns shaped by life’s challenges, build resilience, and cultivate renewed confidence, peace, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Dr. Wilson seeks to create a collaborative approach with each client. The goal is to help clients identify their objectives and develop actionable steps to achieve them. Ultimately, clients will leave feeling empowered, renewed, and focused.
