Great to meet you!

I attained a BS in Social Work from Metro State University in 2009 and an MS in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2010. I am the past board president of the NASW-CO and the past board president of the ABSW-CO. I am CCTP certified and am currently working on the LAC.

My approach to therapy

I am an easy-going, real-talk licensed clinical social worker who remembers feeling lost or craving judgment-free understanding in the chaos we call life.

Being person-centered, person-in-environment, and empowered is the most incredible path to finding peace.

What you can expect from me

I am here to help you identify and process your feelings and develop a coping plan. You don't have to go it alone.

Reach out! I'm here, waiting to speak with you.
