I help clients heal emotional pain, increase communication and understanding, and develop insights into how to better manage or to overcome their struggles.
I am friendly and open to listening to client's narratives without judgement. I collaborate with clients on creating treatment plans that target their identified concerns. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and communication building techniques such as I statements.
