Great to meet you!

I believe that truly knowing oneself is the key to happiness. We spend so much time focused on external things that along the way we lose the connection with ourselves, our values and our dreams. Taking time from the hustle and bustle of life to spend an hour of time on yourself can create the impact to make your life one you love.

Hi there! I have been providing therapy and coaching for almost 20 years. During that time I have developed skills to listen, hold space and when appropriate, help you challenge patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you. I work with clients who are interested in doing the work, at their own pace. I specialize in supporting people who recognize they desire growth in personal development, navigating life transitions, relationship issues, parent coaching, dating coaching and goal achievements.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that meaningful therapy begins by meeting clients exactly where they are. I take a collaborative, client-led approach that honors your unique story, goals, and pace. My role is to support you in exploring the issues that matter most to you, helping uncover old patterns or coping strategies that may no longer serve your well-being.

Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness-Based approaches—I tailor sessions to fit your individual needs. Whether you're working through anxiety, relational patterns, life transitions, or past wounds, we’ll work together to cultivate clarity, growth, and self-compassion.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, you can expect to feel truly seen and heard in a safe, supportive space. My goal is to offer a grounded outside perspective—helping you recognize both helpful and unhelpful patterns, gain fresh insights, and reconnect with your inner voice. Sessions often lead to a deeper understanding of yourself and clearer direction toward the changes you want to make. Whether you're navigating something specific or just feeling stuck, we’ll work at your pace to create movement, meaning, and healing.
