Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Owner of Survive to Thrive, serving those in New Jersey. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Social Work from Rider University and also gained my Masters from Capella University. Life can often feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck in patterns of pain, uncertainty, or simply trying to make it through each day. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, life adjustments, or past experiences that continue to impact your present, you do not have to face these challenges alone.

Together, we will identify strengths, address challenges, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's transitions, improve relationships, manage stress, and build resilience. Wherever you are in your journey, I am honored to walk alongside you as you move from surviving to thriving.

The name "Survive to Thrive" reflects my belief that healing is about more than simply getting through difficult times. It is about discovering your capacity for growth, connection, and fulfillment. My hope is that this practice serves as a sanctuary—a safe haven where healing can occur, hope can be restored, and lasting growth can take root.

My approach to therapy

At Survive to Thrive Counseling Services, we recognize that every individual's journey is unique. We utilize an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to meet each client's specific needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, current concerns, personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve through counseling. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, share your experiences at your own pace, and discuss what you would like from the therapeutic process. Together, we will begin creating a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
