Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with individuals who are often high-functioning on the outside but quietly feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally stretched thin. My background includes experience in school and clinical settings, supporting adolescents and adults with anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional regulation. I take a warm, affirming, and direct approach to therapy, creating a space where you feel understood while also supported in making meaningful change. My goal is to help you move from just getting through the day to feeling more grounded, steady, and connected to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and direct. I create a supportive space where clients feel understood, while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns and focusing on practical, meaningful change. I often work with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and emotional regulation, especially with clients who are high-functioning but feeling overwhelmed internally. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each person, with an emphasis on insight, coping tools, and helping clients feel more grounded and aligned in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where we begin to understand what’s bringing them to therapy and what they’re hoping to change or feel differently. I focus on creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment while also gathering background information to better understand their needs and goals. Together, we start identifying initial priorities and what support might look like moving forward. Clients often leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction, feeling heard, and with a sense that they don’t have to navigate things alone.
