Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming, having a compassionate partner in healing can make all the difference. With over a decade of experience, I help women find paths to healing and growth individually or in families and relationships and within the unique phases of life women encounter. Together, we’ll work to create lasting change through a safe, supportive, and client-centered approach, whether your journey involves personal growth, overcoming past pain, or rebuilding relationships.

My approach to therapy

My holistic, trauma informed approach emphasizes empowerment and self-compassion creating a space where you can feel heard and valued. I draw on evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy for emotional resilience, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, including somatic practices, to support deeper healing and lasting change. Christian counseling is also available for those who wish to integrate faith into their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step can be difficult, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you work through life’s transitions, heal from past pain, and discover a deeper sense of peace and fulfillment. If you’re ready to explore your potential for change holistically, let’s start this journey together—one compassionate step at a time. Blessings, Felisa
