Great to meet you!

As a dual board certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner I recognize that you are more than a diagnosis. My over 20 year of medical and mental health experience allows me to support you from a well-rounded perspective acknowledging interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. Seeking help isn't always easy, so I applaud your bravery in taking this step! My practice focus is blending medicine, psychotherapy, and complementary therapies to support high-performing professionals and caregivers who are responsible for others but often neglect their own mental and emotional health. My heart is to create a safe and compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely supported.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a story that is uniquely their own. Care works best when we work together. When we make the decision to work together, understanding your story, your needs, and what matters most to you, becomes the foundation of your care. We will partner to build a plan that feels realistic and supportive. My approach blends medication management with practical tools you can use in everyday life, along with emotional and (if you choose) spiritual support. I’m here to guide you, not rush you—at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We’ll talk through what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping will change. I’ll help you begin to make sense of things and outline next steps so you leave feeling more clear and supported. Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and not alone in the process.
