Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor–Mental Health Service Provider (LPC‐MHSP) who is passionate about helping individuals move from survival mode into emotional stability and growth. My clinical background includes trauma‐responsive care, crisis intervention, community mental health, and integrated behavioral health settings. I have supported clients through complex trauma, chronic anxiety, grief, shame, and major life transitions.

I believe healing happens in safe relationships — relationships where people feel seen, heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I bring authenticity, cultural humility, and compassion into the therapeutic space, creating an environment where clients can explore their stories with honesty and courage.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is structured, trauma‐informed, and grounded in evidence‐based modalities designed to support deep emotional healing. I specialize in helping clients understand how trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, shame, and grief shape their internal world. Together, we explore the patterns that influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools you can use immediately.

I work from a nervous‐system‐paced model, meaning I tailor our sessions to what your body and mind can safely manage. Trauma healing requires steadiness, predictability, and care — and I create a therapeutic environment where you can move at a pace that supports healing rather than overwhelm. Whether we are processing traumatic memories through EMDR, addressing anxiety cycles, or working through grief and shame, I provide structure that keeps therapy focused and direction that keeps progress measurable.

My goal is to help you move from survival mode into emotional stability, clarity, and resilience.

What you can expect from me

You can expect clarity, consistency, and a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration. I show up with a calm, steady presence and offer guidance that is both supportive and direct. I will help you understand the “why” behind your emotions while teaching practical tools that strengthen emotional regulation, resilience, and self‐confidence.

I pace our work according to your nervous system, ensuring that therapy feels safe, predictable, and manageable. You will never be rushed or pushed beyond your capacity. Instead, we will move in a way that supports healing, stability, and long‐term growth.
