Great to meet you!

Clients should know that their concerns are taken seriously and that they will be treated with respect and dignity. Seeking mental health care can feel vulnerable, and the trust required to share personal experiences is deeply valued.

I am attentive, thoughtful, and solution focused. Clear communication is a priority, and clients are guided through their diagnosis and treatment options in a way that promotes understanding and confidence. Each client’s voice plays an important role in the treatment process.

My approach to therapy

The approach to care is collaborative, practical, and individualized. Time is taken to understand each client’s symptoms, life circumstances, stressors, and goals before developing a tailored treatment plan. Care is never one size fits all.

When appropriate, medication management is thoughtfully combined with supportive therapeutic techniques to promote meaningful and sustainable progress. The focus extends beyond symptom reduction to improving overall functioning, emotional stability, and quality of life.

Treatment plans are designed with realistic strategies that align with each client’s lifestyle and long term goals.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, clients can expect a comprehensive and respectful evaluation. Detailed questions will be asked about current concerns, mental health history, medical background, and treatment goals.

Clients are given space to ask questions and express priorities. By the conclusion of the session, a clear and personalized plan will be outlined, along with next steps.

The goal is for clients to leave the first appointment feeling understood, informed, and reassured about their path forward.
