Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help individuals, couples, and first responders navigate life’s most difficult moments and rediscover balance, purpose, and connection.

Before becoming a therapist, I served more than 30 years in law enforcement, retiring at an executive level. That experience gave me deep insight into how chronic stress, trauma, and responsibility can impact not only those who serve, but also their families. Today, I bring that understanding into the therapy room, helping clients manage anxiety, relationship challenges, and the invisible weight of high-pressure careers.

I provide therapy for men who feel stuck or disconnected, couples seeking to rebuild trust and communication, and professionals striving to align their personal and professional lives. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and solution-focused, helping clients identify practical steps toward change while exploring the deeper systems that shape their lives.

Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, burnout, or simply want a clearer path forward, I offer a space that’s grounded, confidential, and judgment-free. Healing starts with one conversation. Beginning May of 2026 I will be offering limited virtual only, Saturday morning sessions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in collaboration, respect, and real-world understanding. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a conversation, one that helps you uncover patterns, gain perspective, and find practical ways to move forward. Using a solution-focused and systemic lens, I help clients identify what’s working, what’s not, and how to build meaningful change one step at a time.

Drawing from my years in law enforcement and leadership, I bring a calm, grounded presence to the therapy room. I focus on helping clients strengthen relationships, manage stress, and reconnect with purpose, without judgment or pretense. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of control over your life.

What you can expect from me

I do not require a pre consultation, so your first session is about beginning a conversation, not a test or an interrogation. I’ll start by getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, and what you’d like to see change in your life or relationships. We’ll talk about your goals, current challenges, and any questions or concerns you may have about therapy itself.

You can expect a calm, judgment-free environment where you set the pace. My goal is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while we work together to outline a plan that fits your needs. We’ll identify a few immediate areas of focus and discuss what the process of therapy might look like going forward, whether that’s short-term problem-solving or deeper, ongoing work.

By the end of our first session, most clients walk away with a sense of clarity and direction, knowing they’ve taken the first meaningful step toward change.
