Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy, and facing stress, anxiety, or past trauma alone is hard. I provide adults a safe, supportive space in English and Spanish to process experiences, strengthen coping skills, and rebuild balance. Together, we can take steps toward healing and hope.

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care to children, adolescents, and families. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 14 years in the education system. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the academic, emotional, and developmental challenges young people face, and they continue to inform my clinical work today. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice, a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling, and a Master of Social work.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, and elements of Theraplay to support emotional regulation and healing from past experiences. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

My work often focuses on helping individuals process trauma, manage anxiety or depression, and build healthier relationships—with themselves and others.
