Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with experience in providing treatment for depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and relationship issues. Whether you feel irritable, stuck, fatigued, anxious, disinterested, or vulnerable, there is capacity for healing and renewal.

A bit about my approach to therapy

The process of healing involves understanding how our past interactions and environments have shaped our perception of self, others, and the world we live in; in addition to developing skills to cope with negative thoughts and emotions that lead to feeling overwhelmed. My approach as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive environment where I can partner with my clients to alleviate negative thoughts and emotions that make it difficult to achieve peace of mind.

What you can expect from our first session

I am dedicated to help my clients develop effective coping techniques to help navigate through difficult emotions, thoughts, and life circumstances so that they can lead more peaceful, fulfilled, and productive lives. If you're thinking about starting therapy and would like to see if I'm the right fit for you, don't hesitate to give me a call today.
