Great to meet you!

Over the past 11 years, I have also worked with those who struggle with depression, identity concerns, relationship/partnerships, substance use/abuse, and the family unit. I do a lot of work surrounding codependency and attachment, along with how those issues affect our relationships- even as adults.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients who have a variety of concerns, including relationship/codependency/attachment concerns, anxiety, OCD/phobias, trouble within family dynamics, substance use/abuse, and those who need help with transitions in life. Please understand that I can only help you to help yourself on this exploration of self care; therefore, if you are ready, we will begin by building a compassionate, caring, and trusting therapeutic relationship.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you will always know that you are not alone. If you are willing, we will do the work for you to grow into the healthiest human you can be. Therapy is not easy; however, it’s been my experience that those who are willing to take the risk, will learn to love, honor, and accept themselves for the beautiful soul that they are.
