Great to meet you!

With more than three decades of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, I provide a strength-based, family-driven, solution-focused approach to counseling. My own life experiences, along with years of professional practice, has given me insight into many of life's challenges and transitions.I believe that life can be a powerful teacher and that, through adversity, people often discover strengths they never knew they possessed. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, build resilience, and find hope as we work together to navigate your experiences and create positive change. As a Christian therapist, my faith informs my belief in hope, healing, grace, and personal growth. For clients who desire it, I can incorporate faith-based principles and relevant biblical wisdom into the counseling process. Together, we can work to create meaningful, lasting change as you move toward becoming the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, welcoming, and focused on helping you feel comfortable, safe, and understood. Building trust is one of the most important parts of the therapeutic relationship. I believe that most people already have the answers within them- they simply need support, guidance, and encouragement to discover the path forward. Together, we will identify your strengths, build resilience, and develop

meaningful strategies for lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable with the therapy process. We will review your current situation, discuss your personal history, and explore the experiences and challenges that have shaped your life. Together, we will identify your concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy. This initial meeting provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another, build trust, and develop a plan for moving forward. This foundation helps you discover hope, build resilience, and take practical steps toward becoming the best version of yourself. My approach is designed to empower you to recognize your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.
