My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with warmth, compassion, and genuine understanding, providing a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and accepted. My trauma-informed approach incorporates Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help you process difficult experiences, recognize your strengths, and build practical coping skills. together we will work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a judgement-free space.
