Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who takes a collaborative, curious, and person-centered approach to therapy. I enjoy helping clients better understand their experiences, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop a more compassionate relationship with themselves. My work often explores anxiety, relationships, life transitions, self-understanding, and the ways past experiences can shape how we navigate the present. I value creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and discover their own answers rather than feeling pressured to follow a predetermined path.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, person-centered, and exploratory. I begin by understanding the client’s experience in their own words and allow their concerns, goals, and needs to guide the work. Through curiosity and thoughtful questions, I help clients identify patterns, connect past experiences with the present, and develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and behaviors. I aim to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest and feel understood without feeling pressured to have immediate answers or follow a predetermined path. From that understanding, we collaboratively identify perspectives, resources, and meaningful steps that fit the client’s values and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll listen to your story, learn about your goals and what you hope to get from our work together, and begin exploring patterns or concerns that may be affecting you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of where we can begin.
