Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing psychotherapy since 2018 in community mental health settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, active-duty service members, and their families, treating concerns such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, PTSD and other trauma related areas.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, drawing from evidenced based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET). While I primarily provide individual therapy, I also enjoy working with couples.

As a bilingual clinician, I am passionate about creating a supportive and culturally affirming space for individuals and families, including monolingual Spanish-speaking clients.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, and my Master of Social Welfare from UCLA. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and children, backpacking, camping, and being outdoors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can openly explore their experiences, build insight, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session with me to be a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we begin getting to know one another. My goal is to help clients feel comfortable sharing their concerns, experiences, and goals for therapy at a pace that feels right for them.
