Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and relationship challenges with compassion, clarity, and a holistic lens. Clients often tell me they feel seen, safe, and supported in our work together. As a therapist, I combine clinical expertise with intuition and deep respect for the whole person-mind, body, and spirit-to create a space where healing, insight, and lasting change can take root.

My approach to therapy

I’ve supported people through trauma, self-doubt, and major life transitions, and I understand how painful it can feel to be stuck or unseen. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, heal old wounds, and build a life that feels more peaceful, empowered, and aligned with who you are. Alongside traditional therapy, I integrate somatic tools, nervous system regulation, yoga, and energy work, and I’m a certified yoga teacher and Reiki Level 2 practitioner. I see therapy as a collaborative partnership rooted in trust, honesty, and respect for your unique journey. If this approach resonates with you, I’d love to connect.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave our sessions feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. They tell me they feel truly seen and understood—sometimes for the first time. My goal is to help you walk away with not just insight, but real tools: ways to calm your nervous system, shift old patterns, strengthen your boundaries, and build deeper self-trust.

Many clients experience a growing sense of emotional safety and clarity, learning how to respond to life from a place of worthiness rather than fear or past trauma. You’ll begin to understand your patterns without judgment, reconnect with your intuition, and feel more empowered in your relationships and decisions.

My hope is that each session feels like a safe exhale—where you can be your full self and leave feeling a little more whole than when you arrived.
