Great to meet you!

It's my pleasure to meet you!

As a double board certified, Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, it would be my absolute pleasure to go along this journey with you as you seek to accomplish a peaceful balance within your physical and mental health well-being. I have been practicing for the past 11 years and specialize in supporting those within the ages of 6 to adults across the lifespan. It is my joy to support you to find peace, comfort and a sense of balance in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone has the right to be listened to, heard, and understood. My approach is with open ears and an open heart providing a warm empathetic environment for you to discuss your concerns and feelings. During this time, we develop plans along with each other that is tailored made to you as I believe we are all unique in our walk in life. Holistically speaking, I aim to address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs as all of these aspects are intertwined with one another and equally important for a purposeful life.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions begin with you expressing how you feel, your life's journey, and what you are looking to accomplish. We will compile a best practice approach tailored to you which will support you in your healing process. Listening to you, your feelings and your body is my specialty. I look forward to partnering with you to help you achieve the balance you desire.
