Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I care deeply about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and stress. I believe that every person’s story matters, and your care should reflect your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I combine medication management, therapy, and lifestyle guidance to support your overall well-being. I take time to listen and involve you in every decision about your care. Treatment is flexible and tailored to what works best for you.

What you can expect from me

In your first session I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what brings you in. You’ll share your concerns, symptoms, and goals, and I’ll complete a thorough psychiatric assessment. We’ll review your diagnosis (if appropriate) and discuss treatment options, including therapy, medication, or both. By the end of the visit, you’ll have a clear plan and know the next steps.
