Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m so glad you took the time out of your day to view my profile. My hope is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in building the skills needed to move toward a healthier, more balanced version of yourself.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, stress, cultural concerns, and women’s issues. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore what’s been weighing on you.

Together, we can work toward gaining insight, strengthening coping strategies, and creating meaningful changes that support your well-being. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you—be well.

My approach to therapy

I focus on a range of treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive processing, and brief dynamic therapy. By integrating these approaches, I am able to tailor treatment to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.

This allows us to both address present-day challenges—such as thoughts, behaviors, and coping strategies—while also exploring deeper patterns and underlying dynamics that may be influencing your experiences. My goal is to provide a balanced approach that supports both insight and practical change, helping you move toward greater clarity, stability, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect to identify goals for treatment and discuss expectations for the therapeutic process. We’ll take time to talk about what you hope to gain from therapy and begin creating a plan that feels clear and meaningful.

We will also review and complete any necessary consent forms that may not have been signed prior to the session, as well as go over important information such as confidentiality and how therapy works. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and supported as we begin working together.
