Great to meet you!

For the past year, I've worked with adults facing serious mental health challenges at one of Los Angeles's largest public health systems, and what I've learned is that lasting change comes from relationships built on trust. Now I'm bringing that experience into private practice, where I can focus on what matters most: your individual progress. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I offer flexible evening and weekend availability via telehealth throughout California. As a PMHNP, I'm here to support your whole mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

I approach care with warmth and genuine investment in your growth. My goal is to understand where you are now and where you want to go, then walk that path alongside you. I believe that when you feel heard and supported, real change becomes possible.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. I want to understand your story, what brings you in, and what you're hoping to feel differently about. You'll leave with a sense of what we'll work on together and what to expect as we get started.
