Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! My name is Fie (pronounced like “Fee”), and I’m so glad you’re here. I feel genuinely honored to do this work and to be trusted with the stories and experiences my clients share.

I aim to create a space where you can feel truly safe, supported, and understood as you explore the parts of your life that may be holding you back. I know that opening up to someone new can feel vulnerable and even a little scary, and I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate that alone.

In our work together, my hope is that you’ll feel cared for and accepted just as you are, while also having the space to gently explore your hopes, goals, and needs at your own pace. I’m passionate about helping clients build confidence and trust in themselves, so they can move toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and true to who they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is affirming, collaborative, and tailored to you. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and practice from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective, honoring the full diversity of clients’ identities and experiences. My style is warm, relaxed, and person-centered, which means we focus on what feels most important and relevant to you in the present moment.

I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I draw from a variety of approaches to meet your unique needs. I incorporate tools and perspectives from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, integrating them in a way that feels supportive, practical, and meaningful for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin exploring what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to gain from this experience. We may talk a bit about your past and the parts of your life that have shaped who you are and how you see the world, but we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

There’s no pressure to share everything all at once—this is your space, and we’ll go at your speed. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about the work we can do together.
